Legal agreements and policies for 4bite plugins. 4bite sells and licenses its plugins through Moonbase, which acts as the merchant of record for purchases and handles payment, taxes, and refunds under its own buyer terms.

Agreements

• End User License Agreement (EULA) — the terms covering your use of any 4bite plugin (BiteRider, BiteRotator, and future plugins of the same kind).
• Privacy Policy — what limited data is involved in buying and activating a 4bite plugin, and how it's handled.

Purchases & refunds

Transactions are processed by Moonbase. Refunds are handled under Moonbase's refund policy in effect at the time of purchase. See the EULA for how the license and the sale relate.
